We work several artisan crafts in different parts of our country for our line. The artisans we work with are honest and driven by passion; I've asked them if there's anything they eat that makes them energetic! : P
We’ve learned so much from them, and you can too:
Hectic days + City Traffic can take a toll on anyone. When I started spending more time in the countryside, I stopped worrying about the “rush” of having everything done at once.
Food for thought: Spend some weekends outside the city, even if it’s a daytrip. Your mood will improve! If you can’t travel, you can spend some time at local parks to reboot.
Juggling a marriage, several children and being in charge of a household, it’s incredible how organized our artisans are (with little or no extra help).
Food for thought: Sometimes the mix ups are only in our head. Recognize and solve what you can and can’t do.
3. Tech Detox:
Yes, this is a Web Page and a Blog; however you don’t need to be attached to your computer, phone or TV 24/7. Sometimes it's nice to just connect with your natural environment.
Food for thought: Say hi to your neighbor, take a walk, breathe, and take a look around you. A short time ago, I took a hiatus from social media and Whatsapp, and it definitely gives you a better perspective of things. Sometimes too much tech can stress you out, rather than help you.
