We offer 2 Payment Methods:
1. Credit Card Payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
*Please note that your credit card issuing bank may require you to enter additional information for authentication before purchase. Contact your credit card issuing bank for more information.
2. Wire Transfer or Bank Deposit: Only for Panama residents.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY AREAS PANAMA CITY:
You are responsible for providing us your information as accurate as possible. We will not be held responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information. Please be so kind to be very precise with your shipping address, let us know if it’s a home or an office. If it’s your home address, please confirm someone will be in the premises to receive your purchase.
We offer a delivery service to your home, office or hotel throught Panama city in the following locations: Calle 50, Vía España, El Cangrejo, Río Abajo, Parque Lefreve, Chanis, Avenida Balboa, Bella Vista, San Francisco, Punta Pacífica, Paitilla, Coco del Mar, Altos del Golf, La Alameda, Tumba Muerto, El Dorado, Bethania, La Locería, Costa del Este, Juan Díaz, El Parador, Milla 8, San Miguelito(accesible areas), Villa Lucre, El Crisol, Brisas del Golf, San Antonio, Casco Viejo, Ancón, Clayton, Balboa, Amador y Albrook.
Shipping is received 2 to 3 days business days after the order is payed and processed. We don’t offer delivery on weekends. Friday orders go in transit for Monday.
SHIPPING WITHIN PANAMA:
We work with Fletes Chavale in the following cities: Penonome, Aguadulce, Santiago, David, Boquete and Bugaba.
Uno Express at the following locations: 24 de diciembre, Colón, La Chorrera, Chame, Chitré and Las Tablas.
After your payment, you´ll receive your product in 24 to 48 hours.
We don’t offer delivery on weekends. Friday orders go in transit for Monday.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY THROUGH EMS
North America: Mexico and United States
Central America: Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. We currently don´t offer shipping to the following countries: Belize. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping options.
South America: Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. We currently don´t offer shipping to the following countries: Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, French Guyana. Please contact us at email@example.com for shipping options.
- Delivery estimate is 4 to 6 weeks. Each shipment has a tracking number
- Please keep in mind that customs and import fees apply according to your country laws. The fee will be determined by the customs office in your country. Payment of that fee on your behalf must be made in order to receive shipment.
- SHOP-PANAMÁ won´t be able to advise on this fee, we sill send you a confirmation email after your order to seek your approval of this. You may also contact your local customs office for an estimate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product/service (or any part or content there of) without notice at any time.
Your information is confidential. Any information you give us, through a mail subscription or a purchase, will not be given to any third parties.
In order to enhance our website experience, we use third party Analytics services such as Google Analytics, to evaluate and generate reports based on pages visited by our users. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CLAIMS IN PANAMA:
Exchanges, returns and claims are only available for residents in Panama. Shipping costs are not refundable. There is no return over discounted merchandise. You have 15 days after receiving your product to make a claim, exchange or return. The product must be in the same conditions as it was delivered. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and fill out the form we will send you. The merchandise must be returned in its original package or a package protecting the product. The client will decide if he/she wants credit, an Exchange, or money back.*
Merchandise claims and returns will be processed 7 days after the merchandise is received. No claim, Exchange, or return will be processed without the filled form.
Please take note of:
The returned merchandise has to be in the same conditions as it was delivered. Not worn, not washed, and without stains.
It must still have its tag.
*Returned merchandise will be submitted for checkup. If we note that it has been used, washed or stained, the return or Exchange will not be accepted and the merchandise will be returned to the client at no additional cost.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CLAIMS:
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- We don´t offer returns/exchanges for items on Sale.
- You have 21 days after receiving your product to make a claim, exchange or return. The product must be in the same conditions as it was delivered. Send an email to email@example.com and fill out the form we will send you. The merchandise must be returned in its original package or a package protecting the product. The client will decide if he/she wants credit, an Exchange, or money back.*
- Take the package to your local EMS office and ship it to the address that we will give you.
- In the case of a product exchange, we will cover the return shipment. Please keep in mind that customs and import fees apply according to your country laws. The fee will be determined by the customs office in your country. Payment of that fee on your behalf must be made in order to receive shipment.
