t’s nice to step out of the city on a Saturday and go back to nature, what better way to do that than with some trekking Panama Tourism? We went to Cerro Chame, which is 1, 500 mts above sea level.
It’s a 2 hour trek passing some streams. It was a beautiful sunny day! You don’t need to be in your best shape, but it’s best if you exercise a few times a week. The way down is almost 2 hours.
If you want to visit some Peaks, it’s best to go with a guide, with a trekking group or someone who knows their way around the place.
